We want you to love your shine! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at sydneyssoapandshine@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sydneyssoapandshine@outlook.com with a photo of the damage.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
